If you're going to walk in the park for a reasonable amount of time, a good buggy is required but as for a bed, you don't need to get one too big in the beginning, as your baby gets frightened if they feel lost in this big space.
Once you bought the buggy, go to 'Happiness' (in Taking Care) to put your baby in it.

Here is the minimum time (more is ok) recommended per day for walking in the park or going outside in the Valley for some fresh air.
It's the same time for all your babies, so choose the time for the oldest one.
